We Support have committed to the Cheshire West and Chester Local Living Wage Pledge and became a Local Living Wage Employer from 1st April 2021.
We have made the commitment to this scheme as we believe our amazing team of support workers, senior support workers and service supervisors should be appropriately rewarded for the hard work and dedication they put in every single day to support some of the most vulnerable individuals in the local community.
The Local Living Wage is set and reviewed each year by Cheshire West and Chester Council and is a rate based on the real cost of living for employees and their families in the borough.
Paying a fair day’s pay for a fair day’s work is a serious start in the fight against poverty, it is good for society and helps boost the local economy. We Support are proud to be supporting the Local Living Wage in West Cheshire.
