Supported Living Services in Trafford Borough Council
We Support are now proud to be working with Trafford Borough Council to provide our Supported Living and Outreach Services to Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism across the Borough.
We opened our first location within the Trafford Borough in June 2018 with a 3 bedroom supported living service based in Urmston and we began providing support to service users shortly thereafter.
